John's Story
With over 20 years in property investment, John Mulholland has built Investegic from a simple belief: everyone deserves the opportunity to build sustainable wealth, whether through smart property investments or by learning essential money skills.
John's journey began with his first buy-to-let property in the early 2000s. Since then, he has expanded into HMOs, serviced accommodation, and small-scale developments, consistently delivering above-market returns for his investment partners.
But John's vision extends beyond just property. Recognising that most people were never taught how to handle money, he created the Financial Certainty Family community to help parents teach their teenagers the wealth skills that schools simply don't cover.
